Service Line Inspection

At Storti we take pride in our Quality inspections. Our goal is to ensure the safety of the community and overall compliance. All technicians and management staff are thoroughly trained and Operator Qualified to perform the task with additional in-house Storti Quality training programs. A Quality inspection is conducted. We take care to thoroughly inspect and report any Leak, Level of Corrosion, or any Abnormal Operating Condition (AOC’s).

  • Job scopes include customer outreach, inspection appointments and scheduling and routing of inspectors

  • We perform visual inspections for atmospheric corrosion, leak surveys and leak repair

  • Our scheduling team is customer service trained and use the latest secure appointment software tools

  • Our inspectors are safety trained to our clients requirements using our learning management system

  • Our inspection training can be performed using our own Mobile Training Unit & our inspectors are Operator Qualified through ITS, NGA or EWN

Visual Inspection for Atmospheric Corrosion

We visually inspect for atmospheric corrosion all piping, including associated metering and pressure reducing appurtenances, from the point of entry (POE) downstream to the outlet of the customer meter. All observations are classified, documented, and reported as directed.

All inspections for leaks are conducted using an approved Combustible Gas Indicator (CGI). All leaks shall be reported and documented as directed.

Our innovative drop cards and door hangers with scannable QR codes allow customers to schedule their own appointments directly from their phone, providing a customer-centric approach that enhances their overall experience. Key performance indicators are monitored on a per-person basis, allowing us to prioritize productivity and maintain high-quality customer service.
