Who We Are
Storti Quality was founded by Ralph Storti, a Certified Quality Auditor with more than 35 years of experience as a utility employee and quality consultant within the utility industry. Ralph’s relentless focus on the development of quality systems, auditing discipline, and defensible documentation became foundational to the culture of Storti Quality Services.
Today, Storti combines deep quality expertise with hands-on experience in utility construction, inspection oversight, and program delivery. This integration enables our clients to operate with greater accountability, visibility, and consistency across their field operations.
We support everything from daily field services to long-term program execution—providing qualified personnel, structured workflows, and digital field-capture systems that help utilities maintain traceable, defensible records throughout the project lifecycle.
