Asset Integrity Management Services Include:

  • Internal and External Visual Inspections with NDT of Pressure Vessels and Above Ground Storage Tanks in accordance with API 510 and API 653.
  • External Visual Inspection with NDT of in-service and newly fabricated pipe runs in accordance with API 570 and ASME standards.
  • Project Management and Consulting of repairs, emergency repairs, plant shutdown, and turnaround projects.
  • AWS-CWI new fabrication inspection, vendor surveillance, and shop audits and training.
  • Baseline thickness readings and Positive Material Identification during fabrication and installation.
  • Materials Engineer and Metallurgist support and testing.
  • Professional Technical Reporting includes Findings, Recommendations, Corrosion Rates, and Remaining Service Life of Equipment completed in a timely manner.
